When they told me that, I went ahead and went to Amazons return page. Wow! In more than one email, they insisted I go to the reseller to address the issue. They license other people to sell their product, but won't support it. Wait, this is an Acronis product right? Nope. Their response? You didn't buy it from us, go to the vendor as we can't help you. Ok, temporary problem, I installed the software off the internet and used the license number from the package I bought, and opened a service ticket with Acronis so I could get the disk replaced. Not all the features work with the larger drives, but that's ok, I love the way the backup is customizable to run the way I want it to. I bought this new one to accommodate my new computer and it's larger OS drive. I have used quite a few versions of this software over the years.
